Inside the Atelier
Every TORII piece begins with a single species of solid hardwood — no veneer, no filler. The grain you see runs the full depth of the wood.
Sawn to the line, carved with gouge and chisel, and pinned without visible hardware — so the structure itself becomes the ornament.
Hand-rubbed oils and sprayed lacquers settle into the surface rather than sitting on top of it, ageing gracefully and easily renewed at home.
