Because our pieces are made to order in solid wood, timelines and handling differ from mass-market furniture. Here is what to expect.
In-stock pieces ship within 1–3 weeks. Made-to-order pieces are built after you order; the current lead time is shown on each product page and typically ranges from 6 to 12 weeks depending on timber and finish.
Because each piece is built to your specification, returns are handled case by case. Contact the studio within 14 days of delivery to discuss options. Bespoke and custom-finish orders are non-returnable except in the case of a defect.
Inspect your piece on arrival. If anything has been damaged in transit, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange repair or replacement.
