Client Care
Nothing is held in stock — every piece is begun the day your order is confirmed. Here is exactly how long that takes, how your piece travels, and what it costs.

Every piece is made to order. Work begins the day your order is confirmed and payment is authorised, and a piece is typically ready for dispatch in 20 days*.
*Typical time from confirmed order to dispatch-ready. Bespoke changes to timber, finish or proportion can add a few days, and the current estimate for any piece is shown on its product page. We confirm the date with you in writing before work begins.
For customised and branded corporate orders, the production cycle is typically 7 to 15 business days from artwork approval, and every quotation carries a tailored completion date based on volume and the complexity of the customisation.
All timelines are business estimates, not guarantees. Where a corporate event, launch or handover date is fixed, please tell us at the quotation stage and place the order 3 to 4 weeks ahead of that date so we can schedule production and freight against it.
Delivery charges are calculated on the piece’s size, weight and destination, and are displayed on the checkout page before you pay. For commissioned, oversized and multi-unit corporate orders, freight is itemised on your quotation. There are no charges beyond the total shown to you before payment.
We deliver a single bulk order across multiple offices, showrooms, employee addresses or event venues. Split dispatch must be arranged and invoiced with your account manager during the pre-production phase, as it affects both packing and freight cost.
For deliveries outside India, all customs clearance charges, import duties, destination taxes and any cross-border levies are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price shown at checkout. Please check your local import rules before ordering; a consignment refused or abandoned at customs cannot be refunded in full.
We plan our logistics carefully, but we cannot be held liable for transport disruption arising from carrier strikes, extreme weather, customs inspection, civil disruption or other events beyond our reasonable control. Where a delay occurs we tell you as soon as we know and give you a revised delivery estimate.
Inspect your piece on arrival. If anything has been damaged in transit, photograph the packaging and the damage and contact us within 48 hours so that we can arrange repair or replacement at our cost.
Your full rights to cancel an order, to return a piece, and the timelines on which refunds are credited, are set out in our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
